I can still see the look on their faces when I tell people what I do for a living. You know the one. Uuugghhh! The one where their jaw drops to the floor and their facial muscles seize with a gasp. “You do what!”.

Most people ask for more information. Others focus on the words “internet marketing” and depart at a speed even Carl Lewis would have been proud of. Hey in some ways I can’t be too harsh on them. I used to be skeptical as well.

I used to live a life like most people. Get up at 6am, stumble into the shower, throw down some quick breakfast (a cup of coffee)and race out the door to join the 45 minute traffic snarl to my place of work.

Upon arrival and feeling jaded, I would be met by my “non thankful boss” who barked the daily tasks at me. I would then spend the next 8-10 hours minimum with people I didn’t like.

I’d then escape to my “old rust bucket car” (the one without air-conditioning) and begin the 45 minute crawl home.I would repeat this process for 5 days per week.

But Friday was always a good day. It was not only the last day of my working week but it was PAY DAY.

Wow! I used to remember how “rich” I felt. Well for 15 mins anyway. Friday night was pizza night. I could lavish my family in a treat. And if the credit card wasn’t too maxed I could grab a couple of dvds as well. Aahh this was living!

Come Sunday my stomach would tighten knowing that I had to face another week of the same ol same ol.

After years of beating myself up I realised that I had to make some changes. I came across an opportunity and a mentor that helped me escape the drudgery of a 9 – 5 job. I invested in my self education, studied the business greats and took ACTION.

I now live with my wife in our “private Tuscan retreat”. My office is just 30 seconds away and has the most panoramic view of the Pacific to the east and Gap Reserve Mountain to the west.We enjoy travelling the world frequently and I love to teach others to do the same. I can help you.
